Shipping & Delivery
- We deliver traps, panels, cameras, latches and hire equipment across New South Wales.
- First 100 km is free.
- After 100 km, delivery charges apply based on distance, load size and access.
- All gear is inspected before leaving our workshop.
- Customers receive an estimated delivery window at the time of purchase or hire.
Property Access
- Access must be safe for a ute or trailer.
- If access is difficult (boggy ground, steep terrain, locked gates), you must advise beforehand.
- Additional fees may apply for manual unloading or tricky access.
Damage During Transit
If your gear arrives damaged:
- Notify us within 48 hours
- Provide photos or video
- We will repair, replace, or resolve the issue appropriately
💳 PAYMENT POLICY
Purchases
- Payment is required before delivery or pickup.
- Accepted payment methods:
- Bank transfer
- Cash
- Card (if applicable)
- Invoices must be paid in full unless a prior written agreement is in place.
Hire Equipment
- Bond must be paid upfront before delivery or pickup.
- Hire fees:
- Panel Trap Hire: from $200 per week or $700 per month
- Round Trap Hire (4m across): from $300 per week
- Minimum hire: 2 weeks
- Monthly hire: 2‑month minimum
- Hire fees and bond must be paid in full before equipment leaves the workshop.
Late Payments
- Late payments may incur additional charges.
- Hire equipment not returned on time will continue to accrue weekly hire fees.
Refunds
- Refunds are only issued according to our Return Policy.
- All new traps are non‑returnable.
