1. Definitions
- “FSOTH” means Far Side of the Hill Pty Ltd (ABN 77 701 125 117).
- “Client” means the person or entity receiving goods or hire equipment.
- “Goods” means traps, panels, gates, cameras, latches, wiring, and any other products supplied.
- “Hire Equipment” means any trap, camera, latch, or related item hired from FSOTH.
- “Quote” means a written price estimate issued by FSOTH.
- “Invoice” means a bill issued for goods or hire.
2. Quotes
- Quotes are valid for 7 days unless stated otherwise.
- Pricing may change if materials, freight, or supplier costs increase before acceptance.
- Acceptance of a quote constitutes agreement to these Terms & Conditions.
- FSOTH may withdraw or amend a quote at any time prior to acceptance.
3. Orders & Acceptance
- An order is accepted when FSOTH confirms it in writing (email, SMS, or invoice).
- FSOTH reserves the right to refuse any order at its discretion.
- Lead times are estimates only and may vary due to supply, weather, or operational conditions.
4. Payment Terms
- Goods: Payment due prior to dispatch or pickup, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Hire: Payment due before the hire period begins.
- Late payments may incur:
- Interest at 10% per annum, calculated daily; and
- Recovery costs, including debt collection fees.
- FSOTH may suspend supply until outstanding amounts are paid.
5. Pricing
- All prices are in AUD and inclusive of GST, unless stated otherwise.
- Freight, delivery, installation, and pickup fees may apply and will also include GST.
